Description
Polugar N°4 Honey & Allspice is a premium flavored vodka produced by Rodionov & Sons: a grain base ( wheat and rye ) enriched before distillation with acacia honey , chili berries, and allspice. Triple distilled in a copper pot still, filtered through birch charcoal.
Nose: creamy honey , spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove), white pepper , lychee , dried grass .
Palate: soft, round texture, with the sweetness of honey , the warmth of spices , a touch of vegetation and pepper.
Finish: long, spicy-herbaceous, slightly bitter and persistent.
Enjoy it neat, very chilled (around 8-10°C), or in an original cocktail : "Honey & Pepper Negroni", or a revisited martini with lemon and pepper.
