Produced by Cantina Coviolo , a historic cooperative in Reggio Emilia founded in 1957, this Lambrusco Rosato embodies the freshest and most delicate style of the famous sparkling wine from Emilia-Romagna.
Made primarily from Lambrusco Grasparossa and Lambrusco Salamino , it is vinified using the Charmat method (secondary fermentation in closed tanks), to preserve the fruit and lightness.
A sparkling rosé that is at once delicious, refreshing and thirst-quenching .

An expressive nose of fresh strawberry , raspberry , rose and pomegranate .
The palate is lively and fruity , with a fine effervescence and a semi-dry touch balanced by a lovely acidity.
A light, floral and tangy finish, full of charm.
