Description
The Egly-Ouriet Grand Cru Extra Brut Champagne is an exceptional cuvée, particularly in its V.P. (Vieillissement Prolongé / Extended Aging) version.
This cuvée is vinified from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, sourced from old vines located in the Grand Cru villages of Ambonnay, Bouzy, and Verzenay.
It is aged on lees for an extended period, typically between 6 and 7 years, which grants it remarkable complexity and depth.
