Description
A historic house founded in 1923, Bally embodies the traditional style of Martinique agricultural rum . Located in the heart of Le Carbet, it perpetuates the legacy of Jacques Bally, a pioneer of column distillation and barrel aging.
Distilled from pure, freshly pressed sugarcane juice , slowly fermented and then distilled in a Creole column still. Bottled at 50% ABV, this rum expresses the purity of the volcanic terroir.
Fresh nose of sugar cane, citrus and white flowers .
Lively and expressive on the palate, marked by minerality and vegetal sweetness .
Clean and lingering finish. Ideal for authentic ti-punch.
