Viognier 2024 - Aurélien Chatagnier

Based in Saint-Pierre-de-Bœuf, north of the Rhône Valley, Aurélien Chatagnier is part of the most promising new generation of Rhône winemakers.
Trained under Stéphane Ogier, he cultivates his vines organically on the steep slopes of Saint-Joseph , Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu . His wines are precise, expressive and of rare elegance, combining purity of fruit and mineral freshness.

A Viognier of richness and tension, from young vines grown on granite soils in the northern Rhône Valley.

Notes of white peach , fresh apricot , white flowers and citrus zest . Full-bodied yet taut on the palate, with a mouthwatering and slightly saline finish.
