On the northern slopes of Mount Etna, Romeo del Castello crafts wines of rare elegance. Vigo Rosa is the rosé version of the renowned Etna Rosso, sourced from the same volcanic terroir, cultivated biodynamically , and vinified with the same meticulous craftsmanship.

100% Nerello Mascalese , direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation and aging on lees in stainless steel tanks . Limited production, with no added inputs.

Pale pink robe with orange highlights. Delicate nose of wild strawberries , grapefruit , dried flowers and light smoke . Delicate, taut palate, with a saline minerality and a long, subtle finish .
