Born in 2020 from the passion of Cathy and Fred, Domaine Sagesse des Sols is rooted in the heart of Anjou , overlooking the Layon river. Their philosophy: to observe nature, respect the cycles of life and create authentic, fresh and expressive wines, a reflection of their terroir.

Velours 2024 , 100% Pineau d'Aunis, vinified and aged without sulfur. 1/3 carbonic maceration, 2/3 destemmed berry maceration. A portion aged in barrels that have held wine twice.

Fruity, mineral, mouthwatering, very fresh and with the typical peppery notes of Pineau d'Aunis very present.
