This Valpolicella Classico is a great introduction to discovering this appellation from northeastern Italy.

This cuvée is a blend of Corvina, Corvinore, Rondinello and Molinara grapes traditionally trained in the “ Veronese Pergola ” style. The grapes are hand -picked, followed by a short maceration and light aging in stainless steel tanks to preserve all the freshness.

A lovely wine with a ruby ​​color, delicate aromas of fresh red fruits , cherry and raspberry , and some subtle notes of coffee and pepper .
The mouthfeel is supple with a slight acidity that brings a lovely freshness .
