Tequila Ocho is produced in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico by master distiller Carlos Camarena.

This specific blend is not only vintage: 2023, but it also comes from blue agave plants grown in a single field , in this case "Potrero Grande". The idea is to produce tequilas that reflect their terroir.

The terrain is mostly flat and rock-free, but rich in deep, red soil. This harvest yielded fully mature agaves, averaging 41 kg in weight and with a high sugar content.

Fresh and lemony nose, with notes of green apple, tamarind and lime juice.
The palate reveals light smoky and earthy notes , reminiscent of rosemary and flowers , with a silky texture.
