Produced from blue agave plants approximately 10 years old and distilled in a column still, Don Fulano Blanco tequila is then aged for 60 days in stainless steel tanks. It is a fruity tequila, characterized by prune juice, Williams pear, amaretto, rancio, and walnut.

Nose Pleasant, particularly sweet. Very fruity, prune and Williams pear juice. Almond liqueur, amaretto. Mint. The pepper is fleeting.

The palate is soft and very pleasant. Mint leaf, then returning to very ripe fruit. Hints of rancio and walnut. Slight bitterness.

The finish lingers on mint, returns to pepper, then quickly leaves the palate available.
