Sotorrondero 2011 - Jiménez-Landi

Sotorrondero 2011 is a blend predominantly of Syrah , accompanied by Grenache . A village wine, all from vines located in Méntrida at 500-600m altitude .

Hand-harvested and destemmed. Vinification in stainless steel with maceration of 15 to 20 days followed by aging in 300-500L French oak barrels for 10 months.

With a fairly deep purplish-red color, this wine shows great elegance of fruity and mineral aromas, without marked oak and with a floral touch.

The palate is silky , finely structured and shows the same elegance as the nose.
