The Fujii Shuzo brewery distinguished itself as early as 1907 by winning the first national Japanese sake competition. Faithful to the Junmai sake tradition , all its sakes undergo complete fermentation , making them both dry and rich in "umami".

Its melon and undergrowth aromas bring freshness to an elegant structure , supported by a lovely acidity. Iodine- rich and full of flavors , it pairs well with many savory dishes, particularly seafood.
