Valenciso Reserva 2012

Founded by Luis Valentín and Carmen Enciso , Bodega Valenciso is a small-scale winery in Rioja Alta, renowned for its elegant and precise wines produced using sustainable viticulture.

This 2012 Reserva is made from the single Tempranillo grape variety, aged for 18 months in French oak barrels , then long aging in the bottle, in our cellars, to refine the texture and reveal all the complexity of the grape variety.

Deep garnet robe. Complex nose of ripe black fruits, spices, leather, and blond tobacco. Full-bodied, velvety palate, structured by smooth tannins and elegant acidity. Beautiful persistence with woody and balsamic notes.
