Ramí 2021 - COS

The COS estate, founded in Vittoria in 1980 by 3 friends: Gambattista Cilia, Giusto Occhipinti, and Cirino Strano are today among the leading figures in biodynamic viticulture in Sicily . A key reference in Italian natural wines, COS expresses through its wines the raw, sun-drenched beauty of the island's southeast.

Ramí is a blend of 50% Inzolia and 50% Grecanico grapes , grown without chemicals. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats, then aging on lees for several months without fining or filtration.

Bright golden robe. Expressive nose of citrus , Mediterranean flowers and acacia honey . Full-bodied, textured palate with a lovely saline tension and a fresh, slightly almondy finish.
