Pavaio 2018 - Vigneti di Ettore

This Valpolicella Classico Superiore is a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, lightly dried before vinification. Traditional fermentation takes place in vats before aging in large oak casks for one year.

The wine is a beautiful garnet red and the nose is expressive from the opening, with notes of cherries , red plums and sweet spices .

The palate has the classic savoriness of the appellation, juicy as desired, with an elegant tannic structure and a long fruity expression .
