On Prend Le Temps 2019 is a pétillant naturel from Christine and Régis Pichon at Domaine Ribiera in Aspiran, Hérault. This cuvée is crafted from Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, a particularly aromatic grape variety that finds a fresh, indulgent, and completely natural expression here.
The nose is immediately expressive, featuring the characteristic aromas of Muscat: white flowers, fresh grapes, citrus, and white-fleshed fruits, accompanied by a pleasant sensation of freshness. On the palate, the bubbles bring plenty of lightness and indulgence, with a fruity and floral profile that is particularly thirst-quenching.
The 2019 currently offers a very convivial expression, where the aromatic character of the Muscat remains at the forefront. The palate is lively and accessible, with a fresh finish that naturally invites another sip.
