Octavie 2017 - Adrien Berlioz

Octavie 2017 is made from young Persan vines planted on clay-limestone soils over marl. Partial destemming, cold maceration and aging in 600-liter demi-muids for 6 to 8 months.

Spices, black fruits, and violets are revealed on the nose, developing into a woody character. The palate is refined and incredibly supple. A beautiful finish and excellent aging potential.
