The wines of Raúl Pérez and his bodega Castro de Valtuille , in the Bierzo region (northwest Spain), are among the most expressive and personal in the country.
They perfectly reflect the artisanal philosophy of the Galician winemaker: absolute respect for the terroir, working with old vines, vinification by plot, and minimal use of wood.

A fruity wine by Raúl Pérez, made from young Mencía vines grown on clay-limestone soils.
Vinified in stainless steel tanks without oak aging, it expresses the purity and lusciousness of the grape variety in its youth.

A vibrant nose of raspberry , strawberry , violet and white pepper .
A supple, juicy, fresh and thirst-quenching mouthfeel, with a lively and floral finish.
