Marsannay Les Longeroies 2017 from Domaine Bart is a good representation of the excellent work of the Pinot Noir from this estate, always sharp and consistent from vintage to vintage.
This vintage has a complex and seductive nose, opening with aromas of ripe red fruits (black cherry, raspberry, sometimes blackcurrant), enhanced by discreet floral touches (violet, wildflowers) and spicy , even slightly earthy nuances.
As for the mouth, it is Full-bodied and structured , this Marsannay rests on a fine yet present tannic framework. The wine is luscious , marked by black fruit and raspberry, then enriched by a touch of spice and a gentle minerality . The balance between fruit, acidity, and tannins offers a pleasant sensation of freshness and depth.
