Mantoulan 2011 - Clos Lapeyre

Clos Lapeyre – Mantoulan 2011 is an exceptional dry white wine from the Jurançon Sec appellation (Southwest France), produced by the Clos Lapeyre family estate, which is certified organic. This cuvée takes its name from the historic lieu-dit Mantoulan , where traditional Jurançon grape varieties (primarily Petit Manseng , complemented by Courbu and Camaralet ) were replanted at high density on clay-limestone soils.

The 2011 vintage displays an elegant straw-yellow color and a complex nose of ripe fruit, sweet spices, and subtly integrated oak notes , reflecting its expert aging. On the palate, the wine is ample, full-bodied, and well-balanced between aromatic richness, freshness, and a voluptuous texture, with a long, flavorful finish that invites further tasting.
