Distilled twice from locally malted, peat-dried barley. Aged first in bourbon casks , then further finished in second-fill (refill) Malbec casks .
Bottled at 52.5% , without cold filtration or added colour.

A rich and expressive nose of sweet smoke , red fruits , leather and woody spices .
Full-bodied on the palate, combining rich peat , raspberry , toasted oak and subtle tannic notes from the wine.
A long, complex and slightly vinous finish, typical of the “Red” style.
