Lo Pecic from Clos Lapeyre, a 100% Gros Manseng pet-nat grown biodynamically, with no additives whatsoever.
To the eye, the bubbles are fine. On the nose, lovely aromas of white fruit: crisp pear, apple, and lemon. On the palate, a thirst-quenching effervescence carried by fruit and freshness: it sparkles, it pops, it refreshes, and it really “zings”!
