Les Clapas Blanc 2015 - Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette

Located in Larzac , between Millau and Montpellier, the Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette is run by Julien and Delphine Zernott , pioneers of organic and biodynamic viticulture in the Terrasses du Larzac .
Their vineyard, perched at an altitude of 350–400 meters, rests on limestone scree which provides exceptional freshness.
The wines, precise and digestible, combine the Mediterranean ripeness of the fruit with a unique mineral energy .

An exceptional white wine, complex and aged by time. A blend of Grenache Blanc , Terret Bourret and Carignan Blanc .

Notes of toasted almond , honey , dried flowers and sweet spices . Round, deep palate, saline finish.
