Located in Larzac , between Millau and Montpellier, the Domaine du Pas de l'Escalette is run by Julien and Delphine Zernott , pioneers of organic and biodynamic viticulture in the Terrasses du Larzac .
Their vineyard, perched at an altitude of 350–400 meters, rests on limestone scree which provides exceptional freshness.
The wines, precise and digestible, combine the Mediterranean ripeness of the fruit with a unique mineral energy .

A blend of Grenache , Carignan and Syrah , this emblematic vintage embodies the style of the estate: finesse, freshness and drinkability.

Aromas of black cherry , garrigue , thyme and white pepper . Supple and balanced on the palate, fine tannins, long and saline finish.
