Jacques Lassaigne's Champagne Le Cotet is a single-vineyard cuvée from old Chardonnay vines over 50 years old, rooted in the chalk on the easternmost slope of Montgueux.
The Jacques Lassaigne family house, renowned for its biodynamic approach and respect for the terroir, produces precise and elegant champagnes, carefully vinified in small quantities to express all the finesse of the Chardonnay.
This vintage reveals a complex nose of white flowers, brioche and ripe fruit, with a fresh, smooth and long finish.
