The Sybarite 2022 - Aurélien Chatagnier

Based in Saint-Pierre-de-Bœuf, north of the Rhône Valley, Aurélien Chatagnier is part of the most promising new generation of Rhône winemakers.
Trained under Stéphane Ogier, he cultivates his vines organically on the steep slopes of Saint-Joseph , Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu . His wines are precise, expressive and of rare elegance, combining purity of fruit and mineral freshness.

A Saint-Joseph full of energy, made from Syrah grown on granite slopes, vinified gently to preserve the purity of the fruit.

Black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant), violet , white pepper , and a touch of smoke. Supple texture, velvety tannins, and a juicy finish.
