The Forest 2024 - Lassolle Oak

A small estate of 3.2 ha nestled in Romestaing in the Lot-et-Garonne, Chêne Lassolle embodies artisanal viticulture that respects nature.
Created in 2022 by Dominique and Thierry Barrault-Tassaux , it perpetuates the biodynamic spirit of the place to produce living, sincere wines imbued with their terroir , made from old South-West grape varieties such as Abouriou or Sauvignon gris .

La Forêt 2024 is made from 100% Sauvignon gris, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees in stainless steel tanks.

A very aromatic white wine with fresh notes of pear, white flowers and spices, punctuated by an iodine note in the finish.
