Description
Born from a blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Cinsault grown on the sunny hillsides of the limestone Bandol terroir, this rosé is vinified in stainless steel tanks after a short maceration, then bottled without filtration or added sulfites—a raw and authentic expression of the grape variety and the place.
Crafted by Jean-Christophe Comor, a winemaker known for his dedication to expressing the Provençal terroir, at an estate perched at an altitude of 400 meters, 30 km from the Mediterranean.
Appearance: deep salmon, natural, unfiltered
Nose: fresh and elegant—redcurrant, raspberry, citrus, and a hint of garrigue
Palate: round and harmonious, silky texture, nice length with a mineral finish
Enjoy with seafood, grilled fish, bouillabaisse, Mediterranean salads, fresh goat cheese, or a tapas platter. Also perfect as an aperitif. Drink now or within the next 5 years.
