La Belle Sortie 2021 – Domaine Gramenon, a true hymn to indulgence, this cuvée is the fruit of the work of Michèle Aubéry and Maxime-François Laurent on the heights of Montbrison-sur-Lez. Produced from young Grenache vines complemented by Syrah, this 2021 vintage is distinguished by its remarkable freshness and immediate drinkability.
On the nose, the wine explodes with notes of crushed raspberry, peony, and white pepper, with that aromatic purity characteristic of natural, sulfur-free winemaking. The palate is a caress: fluid, juicy, and irresistibly silky, it offers crisp fruit supported by a vibrant tension.
