The rich, slightly calcareous soils of northeastern Guadeloupe and Marie-Galante, called Vertisols , experience an intense dry period in winter and are wonderfully suited to the cultivation of a very aromatic sugar cane .

It is from this remarkable terroir that Karukera white agricultural rum draws its smoothness and the finesse of its fruity aromas. This 50% ABV version can be enjoyed neat or in a Ti' Punch.

The nose is fresh , with notes of citrus and humus .
The mouthfeel is full and rich , with notes of fresh sugarcane , passion fruit and lime coating the palate, while remaining powerful, which prevents this flavourful rum from being heady.
Dry finish, with a hint of citrus.
