Jezebel Vin de Voile 2011 from Château Tour Blanc embodies the most singular and audacious expression of this Landes estate. Made using a traditional method inspired by the great wines of flor fermentation, this dry white wine, aged with little or no added sulfur, develops a complex aromatic profile through prolonged contact with its yeasts on a veil of yeast, combining finesse, depth, and character.

The dress is a deep, luminous gold color, with amber highlights brought about by aging.

The wine has a complex nose that brings back gourmand memories of pear, ginger, dried apples, nuts, candied fruit and oriental spices carried by sea breezes.

On the palate, a silky smoothness and a caressing mineral freshness support these notes of pear and candied grape, delicately smoky. Remarkably persistent, with all the aromas of the tasting unfolding in successive layers.
