This junmai sake is made from different varieties of sake rice, all grown by the Izumibashi brewery: a blend that can be considered an expression of the Kanagawa terroir.

This cuvée, full of subtlety, offers a beautiful balance between sweetness , umami and acidity , the result of aging for one year in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of around 5°C.
