Once a month – approx. 1.5 hours
Whisky, rum, cognac, armagnac, gin, brandy... Spirits also have their own vocabulary, terroirs, production methods, and unique characteristics.
This introductory course will help you better understand this sometimes intimidating world, while discovering several spirits throughout the tasting.
How are they crafted? What are the different forms of distillation and aging? How do you recognize the major families of spirits? How do you taste them, and more importantly, how do you talk about them?
An evening to understand, taste, and discover, all in a relaxed atmosphere.
We will taste 5 different spirits; these may include clear or aged spirits, and they will be accompanied by charcuterie and cheese boards to share.
