I Domi 2019 - I Veroni

I Veroni – Cuvée I Domi 2019 (Chianti Rufina DOCG) is a vibrant and elegant Tuscan red wine, from a single vintage from the I Domi vineyard, located in Pianottolo in the Chianti Rufina appellation.

Made primarily from 90% Sangiovese , 10% Canaiolo and Colorino . The vineyard faces south-southwest around the church of San Martino in Quona, at an altitude of 250m . Natural fermentation in vats with a 15-day maceration followed by aging in 32 and 25hl French oak casks for 1 year.

Ruby red with purplish highlights. The nose expresses fruity notes, especially cherry, and spicy notes (tea, licorice) with a touch of smoke . The palate is juicy and perfectly structured .
