Haut-Brissan 2017, Magnum - Domaine Saladin

Haut-Brissan 2017 from Domaine Saladin is an organic red wine from the historic Haut-Brissan vineyard, on the highest plateau of Saint-Marcel-d'Ardèche. Made from old Grenache vines, around fifty years old, harvested and sorted by hand, it undergoes semi-carbonic maceration with whole bunches followed by aging in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts, without pesticides or herbicides.

On the nose and palate, this vintage is distinguished by an expressive palette of black fruits, spices and garrigue , a full and silky texture with fine tannins, and a beautiful overall balance.

A wine with character, delicious and easy to appreciate, perfect with hearty dishes and slow-cooked meats, to be drunk now or kept for a few years.
