Description
Le Grand Carré 2025 is the flagship white wine from Mas d’Agalis, crafted by Lionel Maurel in Nébian, in the heart of the Languedoc. Produced from old vines—80% Terret and the rest Vermentino, Chenin, and Clairette—farmed using organic methods and vinified with the least interventionist approach possible.
Le Grand Carré captivates with its rich and elegant aromatic bouquet. The nose reveals notes of white flowers, ripe citrus, white-fleshed fruits, and exotic fruits, accompanied by spicy nuances and a delicate mineral touch.
The palate is ample, silky, and perfectly balanced. The richness of the fruit is supported by a beautiful tension that provides freshness and length. The whole offers great aromatic depth, with a saline and persistent finish that is a hallmark of great Mediterranean whites.
