This Genepi is made by the Carthusian monks in the French Alps, using hand-selected alpine plants .

Slow maceration of the flowering tops in neutral alcohol, sugar infusion for balance.
Traditional craftsmanship respected.

Fresh and floral nose, soft and herbaceous palate, notes of mint, chamomile and anise , refreshing finish.
