Fan of the Moon 2019 - Saladin Estate

Fan de Lune 2019 from Domaine Saladin is an organic Côtes-du-Rhône Villages made from old vines on terraces of rolled pebbles in southern Ardèche . Dominated by Mourvèdre, complemented by Grenache and Syrah , it is vinified in a traditional manner with minimal intervention and aged for approximately 9 months in large oak casks .

The nose reveals intense aromas of red and black fruits , spices , garrigue and slightly resinous notes.

On the palate, the wine is dense and structured , supported by fine tannins, lovely freshness , and a long, spicy finish . A red wine with character, both elegant and Mediterranean.
