Encantado mezcal was developed specifically for the cocktail scene. Like all San Luis mezcals, it is primarily characterized by its minerality , rather than its smoky aspect, which makes it refined and delicate.

The agave is cooked in a conical oven buried in the ground and the grinding is done in a completely artisanal way, by a millstone pulled by a horse.
