Description
This exclusive series from Diplomatico explores its distillation processes. The Batch Kettle offers a smooth and aromatic style, halfway between a pot still and a column still.
Distilled in a batch kettle still, using molasses and cane honey , then aged in American oak barrels .
Sweet nose of vanilla, toffee and dried fruit .
Creamy mouthfeel, with notes of hazelnut and spice .
A rich and velvety rum.
