Cuvée Rosa 2017 - Adrien Berlioz

The Cuvée Rosa is a pure Mondeuse grape grown in the Arbin area and is only partially destemmed before being fermented in aluminum tanks. Cold maceration lasts for 2 to 3 weeks, followed by aging in experienced 600-liter demi-muids for 6 to 8 months.

The nose develops notes of very fresh red fruits , strong spices , and intense floral aromas. The aromatic definition is sensational and very flattering.

Thanks to its 8 years of cellaring, the tannic structure has refined nicely, but the wine remains full-bodied. The red fruit and spice notes are still very present.
