Cuvée Grand Zeph 2015 - Adrien Berlioz - Cellier des Crays

Grand Zeph 2015 is made from young Roussanne vines planted on the Côtes, a silty terroir resting on friable rocks and facing due south. The slopes are inclined at over 40%, and the entire vineyard is managed biodynamically. Natural fermentation takes place in tanks , and gentle lees stirring is carried out for 6 to 8 months.

The nose is very fruity with notes of white and yellow fruits. Nectarine and fresh apricot are well integrated into abundant floral aromas. The palate offers a lovely creaminess and a certain mellowness in the mid-palate.

The superb roundness of this Gd Zeph vintage makes this Chignin a model of its kind!
