Description
Crafted using the traditional method, the Crémant de Bordeaux Brut "Cuvée L" by Michel Liessi is an organic sparkling wine produced in very small quantities in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown through organic and biodynamic farming, it elegantly expresses the freshness and purity of its terroir.
The color is bright, animated by a fine, persistent effervescence. The nose reveals delicate aromas of citrus, white flowers, and white-fleshed fruits, highlighted by subtle brioche notes contributed by aging on the lees.
On the palate, the attack is lively and refreshing, supported by beautiful tension and a fine mousse that bring elegance and harmony to the whole. The finish is clean, fresh, and particularly thirst-quenching.
