Based in Saint-Pierre-de-Bœuf, north of the Rhône Valley, Aurélien Chatagnier is part of the most promising new generation of Rhône winemakers.
Trained under Stéphane Ogier, he cultivates his vines organically on the steep slopes of Saint-Joseph , Côte-Rôtie and Condrieu . His wines are precise, expressive and of rare elegance, combining purity of fruit and mineral freshness.

A Côte-Rôtie of exemplary finesse, from granite and schist plots, worked biodynamically.

Notes of violet , raspberry , black pepper and smoky minerality . Elegant palate, chiseled tannins, long and floral finish.
