Clos Baquey 2021 by Elian Da Ros is the estate's most ambitious cuvée, representing the pinnacle of expression in the Côtes du Marmandais . From a single south-facing plot cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods , it skillfully blends Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Abouriou, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to create a complex, structured, and profound red wine.

On the nose , this vintage seduces with intense aromas of ripe black fruits (blackcurrant, black cherry), sweet spices, violet and a balsamic touch , enriched with nuances of cocoa and noble tobacco.

On the palate , the wine is ample, dense and harmonious , supported by a silky and perfectly integrated tannic structure, a beautiful mineral freshness and a long, elegant and refined finish .
