Clisson 2023 - Domaine de la Pépière

The Clisson appellation is situated on a granite base with soils of gravel, clay, and even rounded pebbles in the southern Rhône. These soils allow for good root development and perfect drainage.

Made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grapes, hand-harvested and vinified, without the addition of yeast, in underground vats, the wine then remains there for 2 years with regular stirring to keep the lees in suspension.

The nose is ripe with fruity notes of citrus, pear, linden honey and a touch of quince. The palate is generous, with a long and saline finish.
