Chianti Classico 2019 - Val delle Corti

The 2019 Chianti Classico from Val delle Corti comes from 40-year-old vines located at an altitude of 450 meters on stony marl-limestone soils, typical of the Radda in Chianti region. The estate, run by the Bianchi family, practices organic viticulture and respects Tuscan traditions, with natural vinification ( indigenous yeasts ) and aging in oak barrels to preserve the expression of the terroir.

The year 2019 was marked by a dry and frosty winter , followed by an early spring and a hot but balanced summer , allowing for optimal grape ripening. The harvest proceeded steadily until mid-October, ensuring healthy and concentrated berries.

The nose is elegant and complex with aromas of ripe red fruits, floral touches, sweet spices and light balsamic notes.

The palate is fresh and flavorful, with a supple and well-integrated tannic structure. Aromas of red fruit and spice are present, along with light roasted notes.

A long and persistent finish with freshness and minerality.
