Château La Brande 2020 Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux

Owned by the Todeschini brothers, Château La Brande is located on the slopes of Castillon; this wine is proudly representative of its Castillon-Côtes de Bordeaux appellation , with a blend of 67% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot.

With the same care brought to the vine and at After sorting the grapes , Château La Brande is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A vinification process long and soft allows you to extract all the tannic richness , by reassembly and load shedding over 25 to 30 days, before draining and pressing.
The 12-month rearing period is voluntarily divided into several batches: 30% stainless steel tank without sulfur, 10% in new 400 litre barrels, 30% in 400 litre barrels of one wine, 30% in 500 litre barrels of one wine.

On the palate, this vintage seduces with expressive ripe fruit , silky and lively tannins and a beautiful energy, combining amplitude and freshness, with a harmonious finish carried by a spicy touch.
