Château du Mayne Blanc 2023

Château du Mayne is produced by Caroline and Xavier Perromat, owners of Château de Cérons. This cuvée comes from leased vines belonging to their family and cultivated according to the HVE 3 specifications.

Made from a blend of 90% Sémillon, 10% Sauvignon gris and blanc, hand-harvested, this 2023 vintage is distinguished by its aromatic freshness and harmonious balance .

On the nose , it develops aromas of white-fleshed fruit, zesty citrus, and white flowers , punctuated by delicate herbaceous notes. On the palate , the texture is lively and refreshing , supported by a beautiful acidity, a saline minerality typical of Bordeaux gravels , and a clean, expressive finish.
