Description
Made by the Carthusian monks since 1605, Yellow Chartreuse is a traditional liqueur made from more than 130 plants and flowers .
Golden colour and mild taste characterise this expression, which is lighter than the green one.
Distillation in a copper still, maceration of the plants, then aging in oak barrels to develop roundness and complexity.
Floral, herbaceous and spicy nose, soft and harmonious palate, subtly licorice and vanilla finish.
